Stuck in preview mode
If your active deployment is not working on your website, then you may be in preview mode of another deployment.
When in preview mode, a preview mode modal window will be shown on the bottom right of the screen with a End preview mode
button that will end the preview.
However, if the deployment being previewed is using Synthetic response
action(s) or caused the website to return Internal Server Error then the preview mode modal window will not be shown, which effectively means you could not end the preview mode until you clear your cookies or until the preview mode cookie has expired.

To resolve this, clear your cookies to forcefully end the preview mode.
You could also delete the specific kuroco-edge-rule-version
cookie using your browser's developer tools if you do not wish to clear all cookies.
The deployment version being previewed can also be identified by checking the Value
of the kuroco-edge-rule-version
. The Value
will indicate the deployment version number.
