KurocoEdge is a user-programmable reverse proxy deployed on edge servers of a CDN, close to the end users.
By simply pointing your application's domain to KurocoEdge's DNS servers, you can add custom processing to your application's requests and potentially cached responses. Custom logic can be added without requiring a roundtrip to the backend, resulting in blazing-fast dynamic content.
KurocoEdge includes all standard CDN features like caching, plus condition-based operations such as CRUD on headers, body replacements, powerful and easy HTML content parsing using CSS selectors, data crawling, redirects, and more—everything you would expect from a full-fledged reverse proxy, combined with the speed and features of a CDN..
All KurocoEdge settings and functions can be configured from Kuroco's admin panel, and these features are separate from and do not require the use of Kuroco CMS.
